If you do not process your card through Paypal, you will have to call us with your card's information
so we can process it in-store during our business hours. We only accept Visa and Mastercard. Our
number is 330-337-7343 and we are available from 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Friday
and 9:00am - 2:00pm on Saturday. We recommend processing through Paypal (especially if we
can't accept your card here), but if you must process it offline, contact us before ordering!

Shipping and Handling Info
Collars, Hames, and other non-book items: Shipping and handling charges will be
calculated using our UPS Online tools for anywhere in the United States. Please select one of
the UPS options for your shipping option. Since will be shipping via UPS, we will need a
physical address instead of a PO Box. For customers in other countries we will ship via USPS, so
contact us before your purchase for your shipping rate. An additional packaging fee of 5.00
will also be added for international customers.
Books: Books will be shipped at a flat rate, so select Book Rate as your shipping option when
you check out.
NOTE: All Shipping calculations are subject to change.
We will be happy to give you a refund if you receive the collar and it is the wrong size. However, we
have other sizes available, so please get in touch before sending the collar back! **Buyer pays all
